Job Description

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Ballymount Dublin 24.
As an Office Administrator you will be:
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Assist Management and Recruitment Consultants when necessary
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in a previous role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Sufficient with all Microsoft package e.g Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Previous experience working for a Recruitment agency is an advantage but not essential.
